OMG this place is the best!!! Great waiter and bartender was on point! The food was delish!! I got Shrimp La B... something. Sooooo good!!

We were greeted by lovely hostess. Very endearing. The service was excellent. The food was very good. The shrimp cocktail was loaded with shrimp, not just chopped tomatoes like other places. The beer was cold. Two thumbs up. Well done whoever owns this joint.

Very good food and attentive staff! Waitress was very flexible and friendly. Their beans do have lard so vegans and vegetarians keep that in mind. (Picture attached is mid-eaten... it was so good I forgot to take a picture first 😅)

Food was pretty good but we ordered it to go. Probably even better if had fresh. Service was a bit slow, and it was a slow night, so it can be better. Recheck your bill, to be sure you are not over charged. We brought this to their attention and it was adjusted without hesitation. Process have increased regardless of what specials you read about in line or on the menu.

My family has been going here for I don’t even know how many years, but it’s a lot. We love their seafood nachos and have recommended this place to many.

20 of us went there this past Fri. You can't make reservations until six O'Clock so half of our group got there at about 10 minutes early and got our tables set up and the rest of us got there a few minutes later The waitresses already had our chips and salsa on our table. She took our drink orders and brought it out to us. Oh gonna be a good time. Waitress came over and said we were all have to be move. It seemed another group were coming in at six thirty and wanted to sit at the tables we sitting at because they wanted to sit in the area so they could have a certain waitress. They moved all twenty of us to tables for ten in one place and the other twenty on the other side of the room. We will never set foot in that place again. And we never saw the other party come in. The food was good

Nice somewhat rustic Tex-Mex located in Rockport TX. Visited as part of a small lunch group around 1. They were set up and ready for us. Service was solid. Large menu with items from 10-20. I had fish tacos. OK, but not to die for. Everyone seemed happy with their choice.

Amazing frozen Margaritas. Ask for the Street Tacos. They aren't on the menu. Best chips & green sauce ever.

I'm really unsure of how many stars to give them. The food was excellent. We enjoyed everything we had. Service was quick and food was hot. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was terrible. When I first walked in, I was hit with the strong smell of smoke. I was really surprised because I didn't realize people were still allowed to smoke in restaurants. They allow smoking in the bar here and have a window combining the two rooms. The smell was so strong my eyes were burning. The other people in my party said they had been during lunch and couldn't smell it. My suggestion would be to order take out or lunch only.

Loved the food. Melissa was very accommodating! As a visitor here for the first time, I would definitely come again for fish Tacos!

One of the staff members at our resort recommended this place and said to get the flounder if they have it. Well they had it and was it the BEST flounder I have ever had. Margaritas were on point Alot of alcohol in ours. Their salsa was very good.

Food was delicious. My favorite was the the beef fajitas and enchiladas. Yet everything looked good. Looking forward to trying the stuffed fried avacado. Daily specials. Everyone we encountered was super sweet and made us feel good welcomed. Especially our waitress! We heard great things about this place. They really overexcited our expectations. We will definitely be back. Oh yeah... margaritas looked good too.

We ordered fajitas and they came out way too fast, as in less than 5 minutes and were luke warm. The ones we ordered were supposed to come topped with mushrooms, poblano peppers and creamy cilantro sauce. They came out still bloody with cream of mushroom on top. Our server was great but the food was so much less than I expected for the price.

Worst place I've been in a long time. The food was so gross and NOT authentic at all. When We raised a slight concern they told us we shouldn't have come. Very rude staff. Owner finally refunded our money after 3 phonecalls .

Aaaaaaammmazzziinnggg food. We got the bean and cheese nacho appetizer, chicken quesadilla, el burrito and cheese enchiladas and everything was delicious all the way down to the perfectly cooked rice and beans. Y'all are missing out if you don't treat yourself to Los Comales.

Nice place for dining, good food and very clean place.

Fast service while half capacity. Seafood nachos would have been great if they hadn't been topped with tomato sauce. I didn't see where this was on the menu. I asked for everything on the side except for the seafood and cheese. It tasted like lasagna, almost. Queso was fair. Husband said the beef fajitas were good. Would probably come again, but would definitely skip seafood nachos.

The shrimp cocktail was amazing, so was the tamales and cheese enchiladas! Great service! It was our first time, it was recommended by a friend and you didn't disappoint. We will definitely be returning!

Food was good, service was awful my fiancee never got the flour tortillas for his fajitas that we asked for 2 different times. Drinks were good. Even with the terrible, inattentive waitress that we had the gratuity is included on the ticket so she still got at better of a top than we would have given.

Wonderful as usual. We drive from Port Lavaca to enjoy this place. The owner was so giving he brought us a free plate of fajitas which is my favorite. Had a blessed time!

Really enjoy my Pena Colada! And the Appetizer we had.

The wait staff was wearing masks and tables were distanced apart enough. The food was ok, but restrooms were Bad because you couldn't flush soiled (from wiping) toilet paper. You had to put in the trash container. I was surprised their local health department had not shut them down already.

The 1st and last meal there. The food was cold and no taste. The waitress never came back to table to bring more chips and salas, we had to ask an older Hispanic woman for more. She was so nice!! I know it's TexMex, but not good TexMed food. People go there for the DRINKS and chips NOT the food....New to the area as well!!

Average Tex-Mex. Margaritas are good but salsas and fajitas are bland. Shrimp Cocktail is okay, fried fish is gross. Definitely not traditional Mexican food.

Such a great restaurant. The food is so good. Service is quick and the servers are very sweet!! I got the El Burrito Grande with fajita beef. It was amazing.

Always leave this place full as a tick! Top shelf margarita on the rocks is the best in all of Texas, in my personal opinion! Great service, friendly folks, quick to be seated...one of our favorite restaurants at the coast!

This place is awesome!! First time here. Stopped in as a party of 10. We chose this place because they have a patio and we happened to have our dog with us. Originally they said they couldn't serve us outside, but they graciously made an exception for us. The service was amazing. We got chips and salsa and all our food came out super fast. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Edna was our server and she was flawless. Thanks to Los Comales for making our day!! Next time we're in town we will definitely be back!!!
